We are seeking an experienced and visionary Development/Technical Head to lead our technology team, drive innovation, and oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in programming, cloud platforms, data tools, and team leadership, with a proven ability to deliver high-impact solutions in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Define the technology roadmap, align technical goals with business objectives, and lead the team in delivering robust solutions.
- AI/ML Expertise: Design and develop advanced AI/ML models and frameworks to solve business problems. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Team Management: Mentor, guide, and manage a team of developers and technical professionals, ensuring skill development and productivity.
- Architecture Design: Drive the architecture of scalable, efficient, and secure systems for AI/ML workflows.
- Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML and development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, business units and external partners to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and best practices for development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Cloud and ML Ops: Lead the deployment of AI/ML models on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and performance.
Technical Expertise:
Programming Languages:
- Proficiency in Python and R; additional knowledge of languages like Java, C++, or Scala is a plus.
AI/ML Frameworks & Libraries:
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, NumPy, SciPy, OpenCV, and fastapi.
Data Engineering & Tools:
- Data Processing Tools: Hadoop, Spark, and ETL pipelines.
- Data Visualization: Tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Version Control & IDEs: Git, Jupyter Notebook, VS Code, and Linux environments.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proven team management experience in designing and implementing large-scale AI/ML systems.
- Having handled a development team of more than 50 people
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and containerization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Additional certifications in AI/ML, Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS), or MLOps are highly desirable.
