We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager / Sales Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and D365 Business Central sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new customers, and building long-term relationships with clients. As a key player in the sales team, you will be responsible for executing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and helping clients transform their businesses with Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on promoting Microsoft D365 solutions to new and existing customers.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align sales objectives with business goals and customer needs.
- Execute direct sales efforts to acquire new customers, build pipelines, and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft D365 Business Central features and benefits, positioning them effectively to address client business needs.
- Identify and target potential clients across industries, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics solutions as a key driver for business transformation.
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels, including direct outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Engage in direct conversations with decision-makers, build rapport, and convert leads into opportunities and closed deals.
- Proven experience in direct customer sales and a track record of having done at least US$2Mn of Business
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and business leaders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Sales Functional Consultant Associate, etc.) are a plus.
- Previous experience in selling Microsoft D365 in verticals such as manufacturing, retail, finance, or government is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Graduate with minimum 5+ years of sales/Account management experience
