  1. Sales Process Management:-Guiding potential customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.  
  1. Product/Service Knowledge:-Maintaining a strong understanding of the company’s offerings and being able to effectively communicate their value to customers.  
  1. Relationship Building:-Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to foster long-term business.  
  1. Sales Target Achievement:-Working towards individual and team sales targets, consistently striving to exceed expectations.  
  1. Communication:-Effectively communicating with customers, internal teams (marketing, product, etc.), and management.  
  1. Data Management:-Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
