Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon/Pune. This is a full-time, client-facing role focused on driving sales and business development for Microsoft Surface Devices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT hardware market, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in field sales, business development, or IT hardware sales.
- Proven track record in sales strategy execution, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of IT devices, laptops, tablets, and the Microsoft Surface ecosystem.
- Knowledge of the IT market landscape, distribution channels, and customer segments.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic sales environment.
- Keep all systems (CRM, expense reporting, and calendar) updated and accurate at all times.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in selling Microsoft Surface or other premium IT hardware.
- Existing network within corporate and government IT procurement sectors.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Modern Work solutions and integration with Surface devices.
