We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Desk Admin with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a male with a good understanding of office administration, vendor management, and housekeeping. The role requires someone who is self-driven, can multitask efficiently, and is capable of handling end-to-end administrative tasks within an office environment. The candidate must also have their own vehicle for transportation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments. 
  • Handle office administration tasks including office supplies, vendor management, and coordination with service providers. 
  • Maintain an efficient and clean office environment by overseeing housekeeping activities and other general office maintenance. 
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events. 
  • Maintain and manage office records, files, and documentation. 
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner. 
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and quality deliveries and services. 
  • Ensure smooth operations and provide support for staff and visitors as needed. 
  • Assist in managing internal office systems, such as conference room bookings, inventory management, etc. 
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure administrative and operational functions are well-coordinated. 
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned. 

Key Requirements: 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (Front Desk Admin/Office Admin). 
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in vendor management and office administration. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Proactive and responsible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Must possess a personal vehicle for commuting to and from the office. 
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping and general office maintenance procedures. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and take initiative. 
  • Male candidates preferred. 

Qualification: 

  • A graduate or equivalent qualification.
